CoreStack People · HR & payroll software

HR and payroll software for NGOs & non-profits

A programme team in the office, field staff in villages, volunteers and fellows on agreements — and a donor who wants to see the safeguarding paperwork.

What HR deals with, day to day

  • Field staff far from the office

Coordinators and mobilisers work in communities and come to the office once a month, if that.

  • Safeguarding

A child-protection or safeguarding declaration from everyone who works with communities, on file for donor audits.

  • Volunteers and fellows

Agreements for volunteers and fellows alongside employment for staff.

  • Lean HR

Often one person runs HR, payroll and accounts together.

Questions people ask

Can we tag staff to a grant or project?

Yes, with a custom field on the employee record. Payroll by grant is not a separate report today.

Do volunteers need logins?

Only if you want them to use it. Plans count users with logins, so volunteers can be kept as records without one.

Is there a discount for non-profits?

Write to us about your organisation and size and we'll tell you what we can do.
