- Prices and invoices in USD
Every service has a USD starting price, and your quote and invoices are in USD. You pay the amount on the invoice; the bank details for an international transfer are on it. If you want to pay another way, ask before the first invoice and we will tell you whether we can accept it.
- Fixed price, paid by milestone
A written scope and a fixed price, split into milestones. A small advance to start, then payment as each working piece is delivered — never everything up front.
- A demo every week, on a link
Working software on a link you can open in your own time zone, with a short written note of what changed and what is next. You never wait for a meeting to see progress.
- Calls in your working hours
We schedule calls in the overlap between your day and ours — see the table — on the video tool you already use.
- Written by default
Decisions, questions and changes are written down, on email or WhatsApp, so nothing depends on who was on which call.
- You own the code
Source code, designs and data are yours on full payment, handed over documented. An NDA before you share details, if you want one.

Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. We work with clients across time zones, quote and invoice in USD, schedule calls in your working hours, and send a working demo every week so progress never waits on a meeting.
How do I pay from outside India?
We invoice in USD. The invoice carries our bank details for an international transfer. If you would prefer another payment route, ask before the first invoice and we will confirm whether we can accept it.
Are your USD prices just a currency conversion?
No. Each service has its own USD starting price, set for international clients, and the quote you receive is fixed in USD for the agreed scope.
Who owns the code and the IP?
You do, on full payment: source code, designs and data, handed over with documentation. We sign an NDA before you share the details if you want one.
Which law governs the contract?
Our standard terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts at New Delhi. They are published on our Terms page so you can read them before you write.
How do we communicate across time zones?
Mostly in writing — email or WhatsApp — plus a weekly demo link and calls scheduled in the overlap between your working day and ours.
