How we work
Four rules we actually follow
The paper record comes first
Before any screen is designed we find the document the business already trusts — the muster roll, the SRF, the certificate — and make the software produce something at least as good.
Own the product, not just the build
We run what we build. Basket of Pahad takes real orders from real shopkeepers, which is a different discipline from shipping a project and walking away.
One stack, deliberately
Four products on the same foundation means a fix in one is a fix in all, and an engineer who knows one knows the others.
Compliance is a feature
NABL, ISO/IEC 17025, GST, FSSAI — where an industry has rules, the software should make following them the easy path.
