About
A product company, not an agency
We build software and then run it. That is a different discipline from shipping a project and handing over the keys, and it shapes everything about how these four products are made.
CoreStack Technology is based in Faridabad, Haryana. We build software for businesses whose most important records are still on paper — and there are more of them than the software industry likes to admit.
A hill shopkeeper's stock book. A calibration laboratory's service request file. The register at a resort's front desk. The receipt someone writes out for a parking space. Each of those is a working system that people trust, and each is a system that cannot be searched, totalled, audited or backed up.
Our products start by taking that document seriously. Before designing a screen we find the record the business already relies on and work out what it has to keep doing. Software that produces a worse certificate than the spreadsheet it replaced will not be used, however good the dashboard is.
Running our own products keeps that honest. Basket of Pahad takes real orders from real shopkeepers, and a bug there is not a ticket — it is a seller who did not get paid.

The stack
What every product is built on
Spring Boot on Java 21
Every backend. One set of conventions, one way to test.
PostgreSQL with Flyway
Schema as versioned migrations — the database is never edited by hand.
React 19 and Vite
Every frontend, built the same way, deployed the same way.
Stateless JWT auth
The same security model across products, audited once.
Multi-tenant from the first migration
Tenant isolation designed in, not bolted on later.
Payments where money moves
Razorpay in India, Stripe where the product needs cards.
How we work
Four rules we actually follow
The paper record comes first
Before any screen is designed we find the document the business already trusts — the muster roll, the SRF, the certificate — and make the software produce something at least as good.
Own the product, not just the build
We run what we build. Basket of Pahad takes real orders from real shopkeepers, which is a different discipline from shipping a project and walking away.
One stack, deliberately
Four products on the same foundation means a fix in one is a fix in all, and an engineer who knows one knows the others.
Compliance is a feature
NABL, ISO/IEC 17025, GST, FSSAI — where an industry has rules, the software should make following them the easy path.
