A marketplace that lets Himalayan shopkeepers sell to all of India
The problem
Small producers in Kumaon and Garhwal make food people across India want — buransh juice, pahadi honey, hand-ground spices — but each one is too small to build and run an online store, take payments, handle GST and ship nationally.
What we built
- Multi-seller marketplace with seller onboarding and per-seller catalogues
- Razorpay payments with commission computed on every order and payouts to sellers
- Shopping by region and shelf, with FSSAI licence and provenance on each listing
- Gift orders, bulk and corporate enquiries, coupons and offers
- Admin with orders, sellers, customers, reports and first-party analytics

Attendance that proves people were on site — replacing the paper muster roll
The problem
Contractors running crews across several sites relied on a paper muster roll signed at the gate. It could not be checked, could not be totalled without retyping, and was trusted only as far as the person holding the pen.
What we built
- Geofenced check-in from the phone — it only counts inside the site boundary
- Daily attendance register for admins, in colour, with assign-all
- Shifts, full/half-day rules and minimum hours per site
- Site chat, tasks and push notifications for supervisors
- Installable app (PWA) that works on budget Android phones

Industrial supply · Website and catalogue
An industrial supplier's PDF catalogue, turned into a site buyers can search
The problem
The catalogue was a PDF emailed on request and out of date the week it was sent. Buyers searching for a specific tool or gauge could not find the company online at all.
What we built
- Catalogue browsable by category and brand, with a page per category
- Manufacturing capabilities showcased with real product photography
- Enquiry from any page without registering first
- Pre-rendered pages, structured data and sitemap so Google can find each product line
- Legal pages, consent, spam protection and analytics-ready
