CoreStack People · HR & payroll software

HR and payroll software for construction & real estate

Labour, masons and bar benders on sites that move every year, engineers between them, and an office that runs to a different clock.

What HR deals with, day to day

  • People spread across sites

Each site has its own crew and supervisor, and head office only hears about attendance at month end.

  • Safety papers on site

Safety induction, medical fitness and work-at-height fitness for every worker, and a BOCW registration card for welfare benefits.

  • Night work and overtime

Concrete pours run through the night and deadlines bring overtime that has to be approved and paid.

  • High turnover

Workers join and leave with each phase; joining records and exits are constant.

The features that matter most here

  • Sites as locationsEach site is a location with its own admin, who sees only that site's people.
  • Site documents with expirySafety training, fitness and height-work permits are filed per worker with expiry reminders.
  • Overtime with approvalOvertime is on for this template; the site engineer approves it before payroll.
  • Geofenced attendance with SitePulseWhere you need proof that a check-in happened on site, SitePulse adds geofenced attendance — CoreStack People runs the payroll on it.

And the rest of CoreStack People: hiring with e-signed offers, leave and approvals, payroll with PF ECR, ESI, PT and bank files, onboarding and exits — every feature.

Questions people ask

Can site workers without smartphones be included?

Yes. A supervisor can mark them, attendance can be imported from a device export, and anyone with a basic smartphone can check in from the browser.

Do we get the BOCW cess or returns from it?

No. It keeps each worker's BOCW registration card on file; the cess and welfare-board returns are outside its scope.

How is this different from SitePulse?

SitePulse is geofenced attendance for site crews; CoreStack People is HR and payroll for the whole company. They work separately or together as the Workforce Suite.
