CoreStack People · HR & payroll software
HR and payroll software for hospitals, clinics & pharmacies
Wards staffed around the clock, a registration or licence behind every clinical role, and doctors, nurses, technicians and housekeeping all on the same payroll.
What HR deals with, day to day
A ward that cannot be short
Morning, evening and night nursing shifts rotate every week, and an unplanned absence leaves a ward short of a nurse.
Registrations with an end date
Medical and nursing council registrations, pharmacy and lab licences, BLS/ACLS certificates and vaccination records — an inspector or accreditor will ask for each one.
Holidays are working days
Festivals and Sundays are staffed like any other day, so compensatory offs pile up and need tracking.
Very different people on one payroll
Visiting consultants, salaried residents, nurses inside ESI and support staff on minimum wage, each paid differently.

The features that matter most here
- Rosters and shift swapsThe three nursing shifts and OPD hours are set up; nurses request swaps and the nursing supervisor approves them from one inbox.
- Credentials with expiry remindersEach registration and certificate is filed against the person with its expiry date, and HR hears before it lapses.
- Compensatory offA comp-off leave type is ready, so a holiday worked becomes a day off that is tracked, not remembered.
- Hiring for a constant needOpenings for staff nurses or technicians on your own careers page, a candidate pipeline, and offers signed online.
And the rest of CoreStack People: hiring with e-signed offers, leave and approvals, payroll with PF ECR, ESI, PT and bank files, onboarding and exits — every feature.
Questions people ask
Can doctors and nurses use it on the ward?
Yes — it runs in a phone's browser, in English or Hindi, with larger text if wanted. Checking in, applying for leave and seeing a payslip take a few taps.
Does it handle a pharmacy chain with several outlets?
Each outlet can be a location with its own admin, who sees only that outlet's people; head office sees all of them.
Is patient data stored in it?
No. CoreStack People holds employee records only — it is HR and payroll software, not a hospital information system.
